Great to meet you!

Now accepting new patients! Are you a woman feeling anxious, depressed, emotionally drained, or struggling to sleep, focus, or feel like yourself?

I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, mood instability, insomnia, trauma recovery, and the everyday pressures of work, parenting, relationships, and personal growth.

I’m passionate about this work because I believe women deserve intelligent, individualized support that honors both their struggles and strengths. It’s a privilege to help my patients heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves.

My approach to therapy

I take a thoughtful, whole-person approach to mental health care, combining evidence-based medication management with attention to lifestyle, stress, hormones, and overall wellbeing. Treatment is collaborative and personalized, with a focus on helping you feel more balanced, clear, and in control — not overwhelmed or overmedicated.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is an opportunity for us to build a foundation of trust and understanding. We’ll take time to explore your history, current concerns, and personal goals for treatment. I’ll conduct a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and, together, we’ll develop a plan that may include medication management, lifestyle and wellness strategies, and coordination with your other providers. If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
