Great to meet you!

Life can feel heavy when you’re constantly anxious, emotionally drained, overwhelmed, or struggling to manage behaviors, emotions, or relationships. Sometimes it’s hard to explain what’s wrong—you just know something doesn’t feel okay. I work with children, teens, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, mood changes, stress, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported while we work together toward meaningful, lasting change that feels realistic for your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel human, comfortable, and genuinely helpful. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves while building practical tools for daily life. I also enjoy incorporating creativity and art into sessions as a way to express emotions, reduce stress, and help clients connect with themselves in new ways.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for support is a brave first step, and you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re looking for help for yourself, your child, or your family, I’m here to meet you where you are. If you’re ready to start healing, growing, and feeling more like yourself again, I’d love to connect with you and help you get started.
