Great to meet you!

I provide initial screening and referrals as well as Initial Intake Assessment/Evaluation for diagnosis and treatment of mental and behavioral health disorders. I provide psychotherapy including psychotherapy for crisis for individual clients and families struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiance, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Adjustment Disorder and other symptoms meeting symptom criteria for DSM 5-TR diagnosis(es).

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work with clients with a range of symptoms. I believe understanding your symptoms and how they present for you is essential in diagnosing and treatment. My primarily approach is cognitive behavioral using art as a tool for self expression. Please bring your art supplies! If you would like a supply list, I can provide that for you.

What you can expect from our first session

I can assist you with setting your goals; both short term and long term. I like to ask the question: When you are ready to leave treatment because you have reached your goals-what will that look like to you?
