Life can feel heavy when you’re constantly anxious, emotionally drained, overwhelmed, or struggling to manage behaviors, emotions, or relationships. Sometimes it’s hard to explain what’s wrong—you just know something doesn’t feel okay. I work with children, teens, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, mood changes, stress, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported while we work together toward meaningful, lasting change that feels realistic for your everyday life.
