My approach to therapy

I work virtually with clients to help you on your journey to gain new perspectives, learn techniques, and utilize coping strategies to overcome personal obstacles. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including mindfulness, a wellness approach, strength-based perspectives, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused therapy, stress/anger management, and somatic-based interventions.
