Great to meet you!

I am truly honored to work in the mental health field and walk alongside each client's unique journey. I graduated with my BS in Psychology from Grand Canyon University in 2019, and my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2022. I work from person-centered and strengths-based perspectives and believe that mind, body, spirit, and self-compassion are integral parts of well-being. I have received trainings in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Polyvagal Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and ADHD treatment. I strive to foster a safe, empowering, inclusive, and healing environment for each individual I work with. I enjoy working with clients ages 14 + and have a passion for working with the LGTBQIA+ community, as well as those who experience ADHD, neurodivergence, trauma, codependency, attachment and relationship issues, and those who experience issues with executive functioning.

My approach to therapy

I employ a direct and warm approach with each individual. I value autonomy and truly believe that everyone is the expert of their own experience. I also believe that humor is essential in life, and wholly welcome laughter during our work together.

What you can expect from me

I believe that autonomy and agency are integral to how progress is made in therapy. I enjoy offering different perspectives and gentle challenges along the way.
