Great to meet you!

I love the work I do, and consider it to be an honor to support my clients. I have spent over a decade learning to care for some of the most challenging parts of the human experience. I have come to understand that respect, compassion, and acceptance are transformative especially to the parts of us that appear dysfunctional or destructive.

My approach to therapy

My style is highly personable, with the focus being to understand you on a deeper level. It is important to be aware that therapeutic conversations differ from other interactions. I am here to facilitate exploration of yourself in a respectful and thoughtful way, listen to your concerns, and develop a plan for helping you feel better.

What you can expect from me

Therapy should be a process that allows you to feel safe, and able to express all parts of yourself free from judgement. I believe part of the therapist's role is to help you observe yourself in a compassionate and truthful way. I embrace authenticity, collaboration, and honest open communication in my practice.
