Sara is passionate about helping others as they seek to find ways through difficult times of life. Sara obtained a BA in Arts in Psychology in Virginia, then completed her masters degree at Michigan State University. Sara has worked as a counselor/therapist in Michigan ever since!

Sara has learned and grown as a therapist from the many people whom she has worked with during her 20 year career. Sara is directive and actively seeks input about what is helpful and what adjustments can be made.

My approach to therapy

Whole-person, client centered. Reflective, but directive. I will help you identify areas of strength, and build on them to work on the weaknesses.
