Great to meet you!

Hey there, If you're ready for the road of recovery, you're in the right place. I believe that understanding vulnerability as a strength, healthy-ish boundaries (ha), and intentional empathy will transform the world we live in. If you're looking to regain your life, take on the responsibility of living and healing, to redefine your mental health, then I am the therapist for you.

My approach to therapy

I pull from a few evidence-based therapies (ACT, CBT, DBT, etc) and use them interchangeably with my previous experience of people's recovery. I am open about my own journey and use my story, the stories of other's overcoming (anonymous of course), to support you in finding a way to recover that works best for your life.

What you can expect from me

It really depends on what you need. Sometimes we need to get structured, sometimes we need space. I will help you to learn how to communicate your needs so you can guide me after a while. Until then, I usually ask a series of questions that allow me to better understand who you are and how you operate (aka psychoanalyzing you) :-)
