Great to meet you!

I want to help clients work through the issues that they are facing so that they can work towards their goals in their lives and relationships. Every person has innate strengths and I want to help clients to identify them and build on them so they can reach goals in treatment and in their lives. Ultimately, I want my clients to feel heard and supported in my practice and I hope to help them on their journey in finding positive change in their lives and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I use a systemic lens which helps me see how things can be connected in a large variety of situations whether I am seeing you individually, as a couple or as a family. I tend to use a Solution Focused approach, but pull from many theoretical orientations as well for a more individualized approach. While I tend to have a more eclectic approach, I want to make sure I am giving you helpful tools that are specific to your treatment goals.

What you can expect from me

When meeting with me, you can expect a space that feels empowering, validating, creative and collaborative to help you meet your goals. I also think that humor is a great way to cope and process, and I invite these moments when appropriate to help navigate challenging thoughts and emotions.
