Great to meet you!

If you are a parent looking for support for your child or teen, I’m here to offer a safe, caring space where they can feel understood and begin to thrive. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I specialize in supporting children and teens through the challenges that can make growing up feel overwhelming. My approach is gentle, person‐centered, and strengths‐based, using solution‐focused and cognitive behavioral techniques to help young people feel more confident, understood, and connected with themselves.

My approach to therapy

I know how much you want your child to feel safe, supported, and capable. In our work together, I create a warm, judgment‐free space where your child can explore their feelings, understand what’s getting in the way, and build on the strengths they already have. I believe every young person is the expert in their own experience, and I’m here to walk alongside them as they discover what helps them flourish.

What you can expect from me

I support youth navigating depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, adverse life experiences, learning disabilities, and attentional challenges. Parents often tell me their child leaves sessions feeling lighter and more at ease. It’s a privilege to help young people grow into the best version of themselves, and I’m honored to be part of that journey.
