I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in NC and SC! I have been in practice for 4 years and work with individuals who are 17 years old and older who experience anxiety, depression, substance use, emotional dysregulation, PTSD/trauma, and mood disorders.
Every person who sits on my (virtual or actual) couch has a story to tell and deserves a safe space to share it. I tailor my approach to each one of my clients to ensure that we can walk beside one another to meet your goals at your pace. Our therapeutic relationship is an important one that is built on mutual trust and respect. I am here to help support, challenge, and encourage you to be your best self!
