Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Sarah, and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I have been a therapist for four years, specializing in gender affirming care, religious trauma, and Axis II personality disorders. I love seeing individuals, couples and families, and have experience helping clients involved in BDSM/kink and polyamory. I also love working with clients toward radical self and body acceptance.

My approach to therapy

I am a very direct, solution-focused therapist, and I believe psychotherapy should be more like physical therapy than chatting with a friend. I am highly invested in my clients reaching their therapy goals and believe everyone is capable of a life worth living. I am certified in DBT and have extensive experience in child welfare.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I look forward to hearing your goals for our work together. I will introduce myself and my methods, and I will give you the opportunity to decide if you’d like to meet again.
