Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m Sarah, and I’m excited to connect with you. With two decades of experience as a paramedic, both in the U.S. and overseas in the Middle East, I bring a unique perspective to our therapeutic space. My time abroad has really helped me appreciate how culture and beliefs shape our experiences, allowing me to connect with you on a deeper level.

My approach to therapy

I know that it’s common to feel isolated or overwhelmed when dealing with life’s challenges. I’m honored to create a judgment-free environment where we can explore your fears, struggles, and traumas. Together, we’ll navigate life’s complexities, fostering hope, discovering solutions, and working toward closure. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and guide you toward a brighter path.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy working with adults who are facing a variety of challenges, including midlife transitions for men, the unique struggles of first responders, teacher struggles, chronic medical issues, caregiver fatigue, parenting difficulties, career concerns, childhood trauma exploration, elder concerns, and chronic stress. I’m open to collaborating with you on any issues you feel I might be a good fit for.
