Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Sarah Cavarnos, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), and I am passionate about supporting clients on their journey to emotional wellness. I serve New Hampshire and Connecticut clients statewide via telehealth. My goal is to create a compassionate and collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client. I often utilize mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in my practice. I hope to help clients develop deeper self awareness, manage anxiety, and build resilience.

What you can expect from me

My practice is grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own life. I aim to create a supportive environment for self-discovery and a place where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Together, we’ll work to highlight your inner strengths, focusing on solutions that help you navigate challenges and embrace positive changes.
