Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor Associate, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions. My background includes working with families involved in the child protective services system, adolescents in school settings, and expecting mothers navigating complex changes.

In addition to my professional experience, I’m a wife and mom who has walked the path of parenting children with complex medical needs. I understand how overwhelming and isolating physical health challenges can be—not just for individuals, but for the whole family. I offer a space where you can process, regroup, and find a path forward—mentally, emotionally, and practically.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University in 2012 and completed my Master’s in Social Work at Florida State University in 2024. I bring both my lived and learned experience into the therapy room.

My approach to therapy

I’m licensed to treat substance use disorders and bring a deep, nonjudgmental understanding to this work. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy and authenticity. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy should reflect that. I offer a person-centered, individualized experience tailored to your unique goals, needs, and strengths—whether you're navigating parenting challenges, relationship concerns, substance use, or mental health struggles.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. If you’re looking for a compassionate, down-to-earth therapist who will meet you where you are, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
