Great to meet you!

You’ve handled the hardest parts of life; now, let’s focus on building a life that actually feels like yours.

With over 10 years of experience navigating the complexities of the correctional system and high-stress environments, I specialize in supporting those facing life's most difficult transitions. Whether you are re-entering the community or serving on the front lines as a first responder, I don’t just offer an 'ear'—I offer a partnership grounded in a first-hand understanding of the grit, trauma, and major shifts you face daily.

My practice focuses on guiding clients through the nuances of personality disorders and mood instability while providing a dedicated, non-judgmental space for men’s issues, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those managing dual diagnoses. Whether we are building impulse control or navigating deep-rooted grief, I provide the clinical tools and steady partnership needed to help you regain your balance and move forward.

You and your loved ones deserve the best version of yourself. Let's get to work today.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I take a conversational, down-to-earth style, using humor when appropriate to build rapport and make the process feel more approachable and human. By balancing evidence-based strategies with genuine connection, I help clients explore patterns, develop practical skills, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In an intake session, clients can expect a supportive and structured conversation focused on getting to know them and their needs. We’ll review important information such as confidentiality and HIPAA policies, including its limits, so you understand your rights and privacy. I’ll ask questions about your personal history, current concerns, and any past mental health or substance use experiences to complete a thorough assessment. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and developing an initial treatment plan tailored to your needs, with plenty of space for questions along the way.
