Great to meet you!

I believe human beings are naturally inclined towards health & growth, & that we all encounter unique challenges on our wellness paths. Whether a transition, unexpected event, interpersonal dynamic, circumstance, or an acute/chronic concern is interrupting your sense of balance & vitality, I support an open, caring space for you to explore, seek meaning & clarity, & move in a direction that works best for you.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy in a collaborative, relational way. I encourage focus on somatic experience, addressing the whole person, & how one's experiences impact engagement in life & relationships with others. I draw from various theoretical orientations & approaches to best adapt to your specific needs. I have specific extended training in Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and various other trauma treatment approaches.

What you can expect from me

My ideal client will come to therapy willing to engage, explore, be curious about their own subjective experience, & value the connection between mind & body. Clients can expect to gain skills to increase self-compassion, increase awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and sensations, increase understanding for the impact of previous experiences, and gain interpersonal skills for greater satisfaction in relationships.
