Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with children, young adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, family relationship struggles, and the unique dynamics that come with foster care and adoption. My approach is trauma informed, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs.

My approach to therapy

At times, life can feel like you're out to sea in the middle of a storm- doing your best to steer the sail, even when you cant control the wind. I believe that with the right support, you can learn to navigate those waves, regain your balance, and "seas the day"- finding strength, calm, and direction even in uncertain waters.

I draw from trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF CBT), Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, DBT skills, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trust Based Relational Intervention.

Together, we focus on building resilience, fostering emotional regulation, and strengthening connections- both within yourself and with those around you.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a collaborative journey. My role is to help you uncover your inner resources, chart a course towards healing, and find hope even when the seas feel rough. You don't have to navigate it alone.
