Great to meet you!

I help adults struggling with depression, CPTSD/PTSD, and grief process their traumas, find purpose and meaning in their lives, and reconnect to their loved ones by offering integrative treatment modalities including talk therapy, CBT, EMDR, meditation, supplementation, nutrition, and exercise optimizations, relaxation techniques, and more. I also specialize in working with young couples and mothers who are struggling with their identities and roles in parenthood.

My approach to therapy

I bring a compassionate and empathetic approach to every session, ensuring a safe space for you to express yourself and explore the challenges you face. My integrative approach combines evidence-based therapies with holistic modalities, allowing us to address the root causes of your distress while nurturing your overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

A plan that transcends the ordinary, where medication and talk therapy are just the first steps. With our holistic approach, we'll tap into the harmony of mind, body, and spirit to empower you on your journey to wellness. You'll learn the tools to be able to regulate your emotions, help you feel more connected to your families, and have better relationships. Using medications, diet, exercise, relaxation methods, and supplements to help you get where you want to be.
