Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Sarah, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience supporting individuals through mental health and substance abuse challenges. I have worked in inpatient psychiatric care and therapy settings, helping clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors, and emotional struggles. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be yourself, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and person- centered, and I use tools from CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered while building healthy coping skills and confidence in yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. you can be a relaxed, supportive, and judgement-free space where you can share at your own pace. we will discuss your goals, current challenges, strengths, and any important background information so I can better understand how to support you.
