Great to meet you!

My interest is to provide a supportive and collaborative approach to therapy so we can work to address issues such as anxiety, depression, past traumas, grief and loss, and parenting and relationship challenges. I appreciate working with people going through periods of transition and those hoping to implement lasting change. Although I enjoy working with people to build better relationships, I do not do couples counseling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered around creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, influenced by our attachments and the stories we tell ourselves.

What you can expect from me

My goal is for you to walk away with newfound clarity, guidance, and direction. I want you to feel truly heard and listened to. Together, we'll equip you with practical tools to implement in your day-to-day life, empowering you to navigate your journey with confidence and resilience. All of my intake sessions are completed virtually. If you schedule an intake in person, I will need to change it. Once we decide to work together, we can find a mutually agreeable time that works for both of us.
