Great to meet you!
With over 20 years of experience, my work centers on supporting and educating clients facing behavioral, emotional, and psychological challenges. I understand the profound impact that trauma and attachment have on our lives. Drawing on expertise in various clinical therapies, my approach is practical and solution-focused.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Social Work from Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois. I’ve held an advanced clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2007 and maintain active licenses in Colorado, Illinois, Iowa and North Carolina. I’m also an active member of the Singapore Association of Counsellors.
Originally from Central Illinois, I spent 15 years living and working in Chicago before moving to Singapore in 2014. After COVID, I returned to the U.S. to seek new adventures and reconnect with loved ones. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, friends, and rescue dog, as well as surfing, traveling, and exploring different cultures.
