Great to meet you!

Healing from trauma doesn’t have to happen in a space that feels heavy all the time. While I take your experiences seriously, I also believe warmth, authenticity, and even a little humor can be powerful parts of healing. I specialize in supporting adults who’ve experienced trauma, including childhood trauma, abuse, relationship trauma, grief and loss, and chronic stress. My goal is a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood, one where you can explore hard things while rediscovering hope, resilience, and joy.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll gently explore how past experiences still shape your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and daily life, while building practical coping tools and lasting change. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and down to earth, because therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership tailored to you.

What you can expect from me

Healing isn’t only about processing pain, it’s also about reconnecting with yourself, finding moments of lightness, and recognizing how much you can grow. My hope is that you leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and more confident. Clients describe me as warm, authentic, and easy to talk to. I’d love to connect for a 15 minute consult.
