Great to meet you!
Life can be hard, and everyone needs help sometimes. In fact, humans are by nature collaborative. It can be difficult to see all the possibilities when your mood or hurts from your past are getting in the way.

Therapy can help you connect more deeply with yourself and others to live a more rewarding life. I see our relationship as the most important part of therapy and practice from a non-pathologizing, anti-oppressive framework with warmth, respect and humor informing my style.
My passion lies in helping you gain new perspectives. Following two decades of work in nonprofit organizations, public policy and higher education, I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Simmons University in 2019. I am trained in a variety of approaches to therapy, and together we will find what works for you. Please contact me for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a fit!
