Great to meet you!

Teenage-hood can be ROUGH. It's when teens want independence and are figuring out their identity and parents would just like to know what's going on. We say things we don't mean to people we love or we aren't finding a way to communicate where everyone feels heard. So many other factors have an impact like trauma, attachment, oppression, timeframes, shame, world events, culture, and family history. I could keep that list going forever and that's too much to figure out alone.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping my clients understand their feelings and emotions, and figuring out how to navigate growing up and changing relationships. I especially like working with those who are neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD). I strive to always bring warmth and gentleness with me and an abundance of excitement for when you make progress towards your goals.

What you can expect from me

I believe asking for support is a way of showing up for ourselves. Often times, we have systems that make it impossible to find that support. I would be honored to help you or you and your family navigate some of life's hardest moments and celebrate some of life's most powerful reasons for celebration.
