Great to meet you!

I have always wanted to help others have their unique stories heard, and to support them in embracing their true, authentic selves. This led me to pursue a Masters degree in Social Work at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where I first began to work with people with disabilities, autistic and ADHD individuals, and children and teens. After graduating, I earned my certificate in the S.P.A.C.E. Model (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), learning how to help parents effectively express empathy, encouragement, and confidence to lower anxiety in their children. I have also been trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, supporting couples in understanding and reconnecting with each other amid their biggest challenges.

(Note: I accept insurance for individual therapy sessions; couples' therapy sessions are billed out-of-pocket, and I provide monthly superbills that can be submitted to your insurance provider if your plan offers out-of-network reimbursement.)

My approach to therapy

I create a compassionate, neuroaffirming space for older children (11+), teens, adults, and couples. I support autistic and ADHD clients and their families, people exploring their gender identity or sexuality, and those navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, depression, burnout, and more. Using ACT, DBT, mindfulness, somatic approaches, and play and art therapy, I help people connect with their authentic selves and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Often when we come to therapy, our struggles feel on full display—a spotlight shining on our biggest insecurities and fears. I come to my work knowing how vulnerable it feels to take the first step, and prioritize creating a space of warmth, acceptance, and trust.
