Welcome! I'm Sarah and I have been working as therapist for over 4 years specifically in community mental health. This has allowed me to see it all and no issue is too big or too small! My goal as your therapist is to provide support and help you fulfill your goals of becoming your best self.

Many clients have described my style as warm, non-judgemental and holistic. I make an effort to meet my client where they are at and I tailor my approach to fit each client's needs for a good fit. I specialize in the treatment of Depression, Anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation and adjustment to life transitions.
