Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCAS), I love helping adults struggling with addiction or navigating the challenges of early recovery, as well as other mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and more. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can feel understood, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing. My approach is rooted in person-centered and Gestalt approaches, with an emphasis on increasing self-awareness, understanding patterns, and creating greater balance in your life. Because no two people are alike, I tailor therapy to your unique needs by drawing from evidence-based approaches including ACT, IFS, CBT, ERP, and Relapse Prevention Therapy. Together, we'll explore what works best for you!

What you can expect from me

You can expect a counseling relationship that is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where you feel safe being yourself while also feeling supported and challenged in ways that promote growth. I will meet you where you are, listen with compassion, respect your unique experiences and identities, and work alongside you to develop insight and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. While therapy often involves exploring difficult emotions and experiences, I also believe there is room for humor along the way. When appropriate, I enjoy bringing lightness into the counseling process, recognizing that laughter can be a powerful part of healing, connection, and resilience.
