Great to meet you!

With more than twenty years of experience across psychology, therapy, and business operations, I bring a compassionate, direct, and evidence-based approach to helping clients create meaningful change. My work focuses on business and career counseling, chronic pain therapy, and supporting high-functioning adults as they navigate the lasting effects of complex trauma.

I hold a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and am pursuing a doctorate in psychology. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I draw on the neurobiological understanding of behavior and incorporate current research into treatment to provide care that is both informed and effective.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting business owners and senior executives with personalized counseling to overcome leadership challenges, optimize decision-making, and facilitate career transitions. By combining strategic guidance with mental resilience training, I help clients unlock their full potential, develop effective leadership skills, and drive sustained business growth and career satisfaction.

I offer a holistic, compassionate therapeutic approach. Chronic conditions impact physical and emotional well-being, and we work to uncover ways to help you manage pain, reduce stress, and improve your quality of life. I address both the emotional and psychological effects of chronic illness, empowering you to achieve better physical and emotional health.

Complex Trauma and Its Impact Complex trauma can quietly—or not so quietly—affect many aspects of our lives. It often influences decisions, navigating conflict, and forming relationships. Trauma may manifest in recurring patterns that affect stress management, emotional regulation, and decision-making, often without us being fully aware of its influence. Biologically, trauma alters how we perceive and respond to the world.

Biologically, trauma alters how we perceive and respond to the world. The brain and body's response to past experiences shapes how we face challenges, process emotions, and relate to others. My work focuses on understanding these dynamics and their impact on your relationships at home and work. I customize treatment plans based on your unique way of perceiving the world, considering how your individual experiences influence your behaviors. Together, we will unravel patterns, heal emotional wounds, and create healthier coping mechanisms, helping you build resilience and navigate life with greater clarity and purpose.

What you can expect from me

I take a direct, empathetic approach to therapy, beginning with a comprehensive assessment to identify your core challenges. Together, we will track progress through thought patterns, behaviors, and emotional awareness shifts. I work best with clients who are open to candid, sometimes challenging conversations as we strive for meaningful personal growth and lasting change. Whether you're a business leader facing strategic hurdles, an individual managing chronic illness, or someone navigating the effects of trauma, my goal is to help you find the strength, resilience, and clarity to thrive—personally and professionally.
