Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatric provider with over 11 years of healthcare experience, including many years of clinical experience within Mount Sinai’s network as well as other Magnet-designated leading NYC institutions. I’ve treated adults with a wide range of mental health concerns—such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, and personality disorders—often alongside complex medical or social challenges. My background includes high-acuity emergency psychiatry, inpatient care, outpatient clinics, and telepsychiatry. This depth of experience allows me to approach each case with clinical expertise, compassion, and cultural sensitivity. My goal is to create a collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we build a treatment plan that works for you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My treatment is rooted in personalized, evidence-based psychiatry. I offer thoughtful medication management alongside supportive therapy to help you understand your symptoms, improve functioning, and make meaningful progress toward your goals. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis or managing a longstanding condition, I take time to understand the full picture—your medical history, lifestyle, stressors, and strengths. I believe effective care requires both clinical expertise and human connection, so I work collaboratively and transparently, tailoring each treatment plan to what works best for you.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling heard, less overwhelmed, and more in control of their mental health. You can expect a respectful, collaborative space where we focus on identifying the right medication strategy for your unique needs—whether you're starting treatment for the first time or adjusting an existing plan. I offer flexible evening and weekend appointments to accommodate your busy schedule, and I’m available between sessions to answer questions or address concerns as they arise. My goal is to help you better understand your symptoms, track how medication is working for you, and make informed, personalized adjustments that support lasting improvement in your mood, focus, and daily functioning.
