Great to meet you!

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Whether you're adjusting to a new chapter in life, feeling overwhelmed by daily stressors, or struggling to reconnect with yourself, I offer a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Taking the first step toward change can feel daunting, but you're not alone. I'm here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based and collaborative. I believe that you are the expert of your own experience, and together we’ll work to build insight, resilience, and the tools you need to move forward. I strive to foster a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, compassion, and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

To make getting support easier, I offer therapy sessions virtually. No commute, just connection.

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are. My goal is to create an environment that feels collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in trust. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I tailor our work to reflect your unique needs, goals, and values.

Together, we’ll identify the patterns, beliefs, or barriers that may be keeping you stuck—and begin to shift them in meaningful ways. You’ll learn tools to manage anxiety and low mood, navigate transitions with more confidence, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.

I believe in empowering my clients to take an active role in their healing, and I’ll be with you every step of the way. Supporting growth, celebrating progress, and holding space when things feel tough.
