Great to meet you!

As a Black, Millennial therapist my passion is to provide safe spaces, eliminate stigma, and do my part in making therapy more approachable. Over the past 10 years I have worked in various treatment settings providing services for anxiety, depression, divorce, grief/loss, life transitions, relationship concerns, LGBTQIA+ issues, stress, substance use/abuse, employment challenges and trauma. I aim to be a supportive guide on your journey while offering insightful and relevant coping skills.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and flexible through the use of client/person-centered techniques and solution-focused strategies. Using tools of systemic training in order to process with clients and discover "the whys" that underscore feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

Prepare to walk away from our sessions feeling accepted, heard, and understood on a deeper level.
