Great to meet you!

It is important that you feel heard and that a therapist really wants to understand you as a unique person. My 15+ years of experience as a therapist has given me the insight and knowledge of what can work. Together, we can explore how you want life to be different, and then develop an understanding and a plan for making progress. Many of my clients feel like they are stuck, have relationship challenges (including polyamory, LGBTQ), chronic health issues, dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, parenting challenges, college students/teachers.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of therapeutic techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, IFS, and psychodynamic approaches because any approach has to be based on your experience and goals.

I like to support others as they find and reach for their goals. I want to help people find ways to get out of negative cycles and cope when you don't fit other's or your own expectations.

What you can expect from me

I hope people will come away feeling both supported and challenged. I find we often work to understand what has been going on and how it relates to goals of being more in tune with your values and where you want to be.
