Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in both hospital and outpatient care. I work with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, substance use and more. I’m warm, easy to talk to, and I take time to really listen so you feel heard and supported. My approach is simple—we meet you where you are and work together on a plan that fits your life. I’m committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and look forward to partnering with you on your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and patient-centered. I take time to listen and understand your experiences, creating a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable being open. I meet you where you are and work with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.

I focus on treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use, using evidence-based approaches and medication management when appropriate. My goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you build stability, confidence, and a meaningful, fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can share your story at your own pace. I’ll ask questions to better understand your symptoms, history, and what’s currently going on in your life, but there’s no pressure—you set the pace.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and what you’d like to get out of treatment. By the end of the session, we’ll usually have a clear initial plan, which may include medication options, coping strategies, or next steps for ongoing care. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction moving forward.
