Great to meet you!

I am a middle-aged working mom of teens, grew up in the rural Midwest that is more like the south and current Texas transplant. I love spending time with my family, friends and pets (dogs and cats), dabble in plants, water coloring, junk journaling, audiobooks- true crime, mystery and some fantasy, usually drinking coffee with more creamer than coffee. Clients would say I am non-judgmental, real, humorous, empathic, go with the flow, good listener, all over the place (squirrel) and provides skills, resources, and thinking outside the box.

My approach to therapy

I love working with middle aged women (40-60) and young adults (college aged 18-26). I am great at listening to clients who struggle with relationship conflict, depression, anxiety, disorganization/ADHD issues, grief, fertility, adoption, chronic illness, caregiver burnout, often with a trauma informed lens.

What you can expect from me

A session with me includes listening to your story, exploring who you are and what you are facing, and some fun!
