Great to meet you!

Many clients come to therapy feeling frustrated because they understand their patterns — yet still feel stuck repeating them.

That’s because healing doesn’t happen through insight alone.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma-informed therapy and EMDR, helping clients move beyond analyzing their past and begin changing how their nervous system responds in the present.

Together, we focus less on why you feel the way you do and more on how you’re trying to meet your needs — and whether those strategies are truly working for you.

Through EMDR, we can gently reprocess experiences that continue to impact emotional regulation, relationships, and self-beliefs, allowing space for greater clarity, safety, and connection.

What you can expect from me

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and deeply respectful of the ways your system learned to survive — while helping you build new patterns that support the life you want now.
