Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for children, teens and adults to heal and thrive. Specializing in trauma, anxiety, and depression, I draw on Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused Care, and Brainspotting to tailor treatment to your specific goals. Together, we’ll work at your pace to process life's stressors, build self-worth, and develop practical tools for lasting mental wellness. Reach out today to schedule your intake session.

My approach to therapy

My treatment approach is integrative, trauma-focused, and person-centered, tailored to meet the unique needs of children, teens and adults. Through a culturally sensitive and strengths-based lens, I incorporate modalities like Person-Centered Therapy, Trauma-Focused Care, and Brain Spotting to honor your individual background, build on your inherent resilience, and support lasting healing at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, our primary focus is on building rapport and creating a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard and supported. We will go at your pace as we begin getting to know your unique story discussing what brings you to therapy, your personal background, and what you hope to achieve.

We will also review initial paperwork, answer any questions you have about the therapeutic process, and begin clarifying your goals so we can tailor our work together to best support your healing and growth.
