Great to meet you!

Our souls endeavor for peace. Life has a way of reminding us of our limitations. I implore you to dig deep, consider embarking on a journey of self-discovery alongside a mindful observer to support your growth. Navigating terrain with curiosity for enlightenment and illuminating paths of our hearts desire.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy approach is to embarking on a journey of discovery with compassion, listening for themes of untapped desire, yearning, and disentangling the confines that seem limiting from our potential for goal attainment.

What you can expect from our first session

I aspire to provide active listening first, to assess where to meet you in your journey. Then providing gentle challenge to curiously examine hang-ups or patterns that perpetuate discontentment. Creating a map of healing to achieve the next level of growth.
