Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Sarah Rosenberg. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I work with individuals who have a variety of personal issues such as depression/anxiety, stress, family problems, trauma/abuse, relationships/parenting and more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy creates individualized plans, tailored to meet each of my unique clients’ needs. There are many different paths for growth, we will work together to find the one that is right for you. In terms of my therapy styles, I like to use: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from our first session

We will explore thoughts, emotions and behaviors in a new way. We will rediscover your calm, confident, compassionate, curious self. We will challenge your resistant self that has been keeping you from growing. Clients will be fully seen, heard and understood in relation to issues or problems they are experiencing in their lives and relationships. Clients will be able to process their thoughts, feelings and emotions in a safe, judgement-free warm space.
