Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or weighed down by life’s demands? You do not have to navigate it alone. I am a licensed clinical LMSW with 15+ years of child welfare experience, including work as a CPS investigator, foster care worker, and State of Michigan supervisor. I support women, mothers, children, and professionals experiencing stress, trauma, or secondary trauma.

My approach to therapy

I use a person centered and solution focused approach grounded in acceptance, strength based care, motivational interviewing, and ACT. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be heard and understood. Together, we identify your goals, build healthy coping skills, and find practical strategies that fit your needs and situation.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to feel comfortable, share what brought you to therapy, and talk about what you hope to accomplish. We will identify your goals and discuss how we can work together. You can expect a collaborative, supportive experience focused on helping you get meaningful value from therapy.
