Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 15+ years of experience. I work with thoughtful, sensitive, sometimes-cynical adults — people untangling anxiety, late-diagnosed ADHD or autism traits, and the long shadow of relational trauma. I walk alongside clients adjusting to significant changes or loss, helping them find their footing and make sense of what comes next.

My approach to therapy

I'm an existential-humanist at heart, which is a fancy way of saying I care about the real you, not a fixed version of you. Life is messy, and you don't have to have it figured out to sit down with me. We go at your nervous system's speed — no quick-fix boxes, no forcing you into a mold that isn't yours. (My cat also sits in on sessions sometimes, for what it's worth.)

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with an initial session focused on understanding your concerns, history, and vision for therapy. Though from there, sessions feel conversational, more like a real conversation than a clinical one. I want to hear your story, not run through a checklist. Most clients tell me it feels like chatting with someone who actually gets it, and by the end, they're surprised by how much they've untangled without even realizing it was happening.
