Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here. Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin. I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and patterns that interfere with emotional well-being, relationships, and daily functioning. I often work with individuals who appear high-functioning but feel exhausted, disconnected, or weighed down by self-doubt, perfectionism, or chronic stress. I also support adults exploring neurodivergence, including ADHD or autism, and those adjusting to significant changes or losses.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each person. My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, combining insight-oriented work with practical, evidence-based strategies to help manage difficult thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop tools that support greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with an initial session focused on understanding your concerns, history, and vision for therapy. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where you can feel comfortable being open and honest. Over time, our work will focus on building emotional awareness, reducing distress, and helping you feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

If you’re looking for a therapist who is grounded, thoughtful, and collaborative, I’d be happy to work with you. If you'd like to schedule, please send me a message letting me know you found me on Headway at https://www.rebelliouswellnesstherapy.com/contact
