Great to meet you!

I'm a clinical social worker who has worked with children and adults for over 30 years. I graduated from Davidson College (1991, B.A. French) and U.N.C. Chapel Hill (1995, M.S.W.). I speak English, Spanish and French.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that you are valuable as a person and will work with you to find solutions and relief from symptoms of depression, anxiety and grief. Many of my clients are bicultural young adults and recent immigrants, although I enjoy working with all types of clients.

What you can expect from our first session

If you are seeking therapy, you probably have a deep desire for hope and healing. I look forward to partnering with you to explore skills to help you live a more fulfilled life. You can do hard things! I am non-judgmental and experienced with a wide variety of clients. I provide a kind and calm environment where you can seek support and be heard.
