Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Mariah. :) My passion is to help people find freedom from disordered eating, heal from domestic violence and childhood sexual abuse, and grow, enhance, and heal their marriages and relationships. I work with people 13 and older through telehealth. I now accept a variety of insurances.

I focus on more than just behaviors. I unpack the underlying issues that led you to disordered eating in the first place, because going through the motions doesn’t set you free on the inside. You deserve peace.

Struggling with disordered eating is exhausting. The anxious thoughts are overwhelming, the “failures” feel shameful, the secrecy feels lonely. You don’t have to live this way forever. You can be at peace with your body, your mind, food, and exercise. If this resonates with you, I hope you’ll reach out. We can take the scary steps towards healing together.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from an attachment-based lens, using CBT and strengths-based approaches to empower my clients.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm opportunity to meet one another and ask questions alongside an initial assessment to help us to understand what’s going on for you and how to help you to move forward.
