Great to meet you!

I work with individual adults who are seeking growth, balance, and greater fulfillment in their lives. Many of my clients find themselves navigating significant life transitions—whether that's entering adulthood, adjusting to marriage or divorce, coping with grief or infertility, changing careers, or simply trying to find their footing during an uncertain season. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate person-centered, cognitive behavioral (CBT), narrative, acceptance and commitment (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help you gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and navigate life's challenges with greater resilience. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building skills that support emotional well-being and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive environment. We'll talk about what has brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences while also giving you plenty of space to share at your own pace. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels right for you as we move forward.
