Great to meet you!

I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, illness adjustment, and life transitions. Using a warm, collaborative approach and tools like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed strategies, I tailor sessions to your needs to build coping skills and insight.

My approach to therapy

What would it look like to choose yourself—not out of guilt, but out of intention? For many adults navigating anxiety, depression, or a history of trauma, self-care can feel like a luxury rather than a priority. You may be used to pushing through, showing up for others while quietly feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Over time, that constant effort can leave you exhausted. Therapy offers a space that is entirely yours—where your experiences are met with understanding, and where you can begin healing at your own pace while rebuilding steadiness, self-trust, and balance.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a supportive, empathetic space to explore challenges and build resilience. We will spend the first session getting to know about your history and what brings you to therapy now. We will work to identify your goals and ideas about how you want things to look.
