Great to meet you!

I have been working as a therapist for almost 5 years now and I believe having a safe space to process life in what feels like a chaotic world is important! I have worked with both adults and kids over the years with a focus on trauma. I also work to support with relationships, boundaries and building self confidence while struggling with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

Every person is unique with their own story, goals and ways they wish to accomplish those goals. My goal is to respect those differences and support those that I work with so that they can feel safe and heard as we work collaboratively towards their goals.

What you can expect from me

The initial session will be set so you will have the space to share the first part of your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Relationships are built over time, so I start slowly so that you can have the time and space to build trust. I strive to create a safe environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable. After the first session we will discuss what will work best for you!
