Great to meet you!

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, lost, or like you're carrying the weight of your struggles completely alone — you're not. And you don't have to be.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner serving Massachusetts via telehealth, I specialize in anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. But more than treating symptoms, I'm focused on understanding you — the whole person behind them. My approach is holistic and collaborative, which means we work together to figure out what wellness actually looks like for your life, not just on paper.

My approach to therapy

I became passionate about mental health because I believe people deserve to feel better with the least intervention necessary. That means I take a thoughtful, conservative approach to medication — exploring it as one tool among many, rather than the first or only answer.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to feel genuinely heard. Listening isn't just something I do; it's how I practice. Clients often tell me they came in feeling lost and alone, and that simply having a space to be understood was the first real turning point.

When I'm not supporting patients, you'll likely find me on my yoga mat, out walking my dog, or paddleboarding — because I believe in practicing the balance I encourage in others.

If you're ready to take that first step, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
