Great to meet you!

As a trauma‐informed therapist, I specialize in supporting young children, their caregivers, and adolescents through experiences that may feel overwhelming, confusing, or deeply rooted in early life adversity. I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and have a professional background focused on supporting individuals and families who have experienced early life traumatic experiences including abuse, neglect, and attachment disruptions with primary caregivers.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive training in supporting those impacted by early childhood trauma and provide Child‐Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) to help young children and their primary caregivers strengthen attunement, build safety, and deepen their relationship. My work focuses on helping caregivers understand their child’s emotional world while fostering secure attachment and resilience.

For older adolescents, I use a strengths‐based, collaborative approach grounded in reflective curiosity and practical problem‐solving. Together, we work toward improved functioning across home, school, and social environments while building confidence, insight, and healthy coping strategies.

What you can expect from me

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel scary or overwhelming. My priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered. In our first session, you can expect a gentle conversation about your history, your needs, and your goals. We’ll work together to identify what’s getting in the way and draw on your existing strengths to support growth and healing.
