Sarah Zoogman

Welcome. I am a Clinical Psychologist providing individual psychotherapy remotely to people college-aged through adulthood. I am licensed in Washington DC (PSY200001470) and Maryland (06695).

I provide individual psychotherapy in a warm, collaborative, and supportive environment. My approach is client-centered, psychodynamic, and relational, with the integration of mindfulness and somatic work, including Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).

I work with clients from college age through adulthood and have extensive experience working with university populations (including both undergraduate and graduate students). My professional background includes work in university counseling centers, hospital-based settings, and community mental health clinics.

Therapy often begins with goal setting and practical strategies to help improve day-to-day functioning and emotional well-being, and then deepens into exploring underlying feelings, patterns, and ways of relating to oneself and others
