Great to meet you!

Currently accepting new clients.

You deserve a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and truly understood. My goal is to create that environment for every client I work with. By integrating Attachment Theory with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients uncover the deeper patterns shaping their experiences, while also providing practical tools for day to day relief and growth. My speciality is helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, and ADHD, and I am LGBTQ+ affirming and strive to be anti-racist in my personal and professional life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is built on establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. I aim to avoid sessions that feel stuffy or overly clinical, and believe that the therapeutic alliance is the foundation for healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, you should feel safe, comfortable, and understood. I aim to create that environment for each of my clients.
