Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker and addictions specialist, my goal in our therapeutic relationship is to provide a safe space for you to reconnect either with yourself or with other like-minded women. We spend so much time and energy meeting the world's expectations that we often forget (or never learn) to define our own. I aim to use our time together to foster a connection that allows you to discover, explore and heal the authentic you!

My approach to therapy

I have a passion for providing education, grounding, and direction for women in transitional stages of life. My expertise includes (but is not limited to) work in the following areas: Identity development, codependency, attachment disruptions, trauma, work/school/life transitions, relationship building and re-entry/reintegration. My approach is both conversational and psychodynamic to allow us to genuinely connect. This fundamental element then allows tailoring a plan to your specific needs.

What you can expect from me

If you are searching for your intended path in life after a large shift has left you questioning who you are, where to go and how to get there, I am confident that together and find a new pathway to the enlightened, prosperous person you were meant to be. We will work to bring blind-spots into awareness, deconstruct learned behavior and patterns and ultimately allow you to show up in life as your true self! Schedule a consultation to begin your evolution.
